The Sunday Post – June 3, 2018
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
I can’t believe it is June. Seriously. Thankfully we are all feeling better and getting back to normal after that awful stomach bug. The kids are almost done with school. My oldest got over 130 AR (Accelerated Reader) points for this term, and the term isn’t even over yet! This is the most he’s scored in a term. I took him to Barnes & Noble for some new books as a reward. I love that my kids love to read! Other than that, I’ve been working, reading, blogging, taking the kids to sports, and planting our vegetables and herbs. How was your week?

I’m glad you all are feeling better. Sounds like a good week with a trip to the bookstore. I loved Thrones of Glass and I’m not usually much on YA. I listened to it on audio. Anne – Books of My Heart

I am also confused that it is already June…

Yay for having a reader! My youngest likes it okay but it’s a bit of a struggle to actually get him to sit down and read. I can’t believe it’s already June either. How is that possible? Have a great week?

Congrats to your son scoring a lot of points with AR! I remember those times – lots of fun and more reading time than I get now, haha, I’m glad everyone is getting better – stomach flu is not fun at all. 😖

It’s great that your kids are readers. I hated reading when I was a kid and faked deadly illnesses to get out of it. I’m glad you’re feeling better. Have a great week!
