The Sunday Post – April 29, 2018
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
Another crazy busy week here. I worked a lot, worked on the house, and ran the kids to their activities. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much of a chance to comment back or answer comments. Sorry! I will catch up. My husband finished the floors in the office, entryway/hallway, and powder room. Aren’t they beautiful? My dad came to help me paint those areas. We will be finishing up today. Here’s a preview shot of my office. The trim isn’t finished yet, and the furniture isn’t in yet, but I am in LOVE with the color and floors! I can’t wait to get my shelves, desk, and books in.
Saturday was a really busy day. My daughter had a blast at soccer, my son did a demonstration for Tang Soo Do, and my other son had 3 hits at his baseball game. In between all of that I was painting trim and my husband was getting our patio ready for spring, if it ever comes. We are beat. The office will be completely done today and Monday. I can’t wait. It will be another busy week this week, but I don’t mind. I’m hoping to get more reading in this week. Maybe in my new reading corner in my office!

Thank you! It’s relaxing for me, too! I can’t wait to “move in” to that room.
