The Sunday Post – September 10, 2017

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

It’s been a busy, but fun, week. Yesterday, I took the kids to the local apple orchard. They played, we bought a bunch of apples and other produce, and I’m going to make apple butter this week. I can’t wait!!! The kids are excited, too. They love fruits and veggies, and they love apple butter. I didn’t bake this past week, but I do want to try sourdough English muffins this week. Other than that, everything is about the same–run the kids to school and activities, edit, and read. It works. 🙂

How was your week? Also, do you like more than one post a day (a review post and a discussion post or Boost It Tuesday), or do you prefer only one post a day?

Happy 2

  1. Sounds like fun at the apple orchard. Never had apple butter but I love apples so it sounds yummy:)

    My Sunday Post

  2. Apple butter is delicious! What a fun day at the orchards. I post one thing a day except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (if I get my second post done).

  3. Such a great time of year, love the fall! Apple orchards and all the autumn-y things to do are so fun.

I usually post once a day, although on Tuesdays I post twice since I have a Tue feature and I often do Top Ten. Otherwise I try to do one a day, more or less. And occasionally skip a day. The Sunday Post is like my weekend post.

    Have a great week!
