It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What a week! Most of it was pretty good. The kids had a lot going on. I’ve been working nonstop. My husband is making progress on the library floor. I can’t wait to finish it. (One good thing about this renovation, I have been going through my unread books and have some to give away! Check out the giveaway on this post.) My husband and I went to see the Fleet Foxes concert this week. It was a great show and a wonderful night out. And then early yesterday morning, my son got sick (stomach flu) and was sick all day. 🙁 Now I’m waiting for the other kids to get it as well. Here’s hoping they avoid it.
In blog news, the annual BookSparks Summer Reading challenge is in full swing. I can’t wait to read these books. Stay tuned for spotlights and reviews.
