The Sunday Post – October 1, 2107
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
Well, it is officially October! The fall weather is definitely here, and I’m loving it. I’m hosting my neighborhood book club tonight. I’ve been baking apple cake and sourdough crackers for the snacks. I can’t wait to chat about the book, Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty, and catch up tonight. Have you read it?

We do have a good time! Some of our members liked the book, others not so much.
Thanks for visiting!

I wanted to participate in book clubs when I first started blogging, but honestly, I think it’s too much for me with teaching. I do good throughout the year to get one NetGalley book each month read. I hope your hosting tonight goes off without a hitch with good conversation and good company.

It is hard to read the books when you have to. I can only imagine how busy you are during the school year. For our book club, you don’t have to read the book. LOL It’s a neighborhood get together for the ladies. It’s always fun.

Truly Madly Guilty would be a good book for book club discussion, I did read it and while I didn’t like it as much as Big Little Lies, I thought it was pretty good. And yes to the fall weather- I’m loving it .
Have a nice week. 🙂

I’m not a fan of Liane Moriarty. I’ve read another book by her and just didn’t like the writing style. I know a lot of people love her stuff. And her books are great for book club discussions.
