Did I enjoy this book? I did enjoy this book. I have read quite a few personal and professional development books, and I’m always looking for more to read. What I like about Your Time to Thrive is that the chapters are short and focused. Just enough to start or end your day. Is the information new? No, I’ve read similar advice in other books. But I love how it is presented. The microstep breakdowns and the questions at the end of each chapter give you something to focus on and apply. I think this will be a good book to revisit every now and then, or even once a year, especially to go over those microstep breakdowns and questions to be sure you are on track and making progress.
Would I recommend it? Sure! If you like reading personal development books, this is a good one. Just be aware that most of the ideas aren’t new, but the ideas are easy to follow and implement.
