Did I enjoy this book? I really did enjoy The Other Woman. I read it every free chance I had, and I didn’t want to put it down.

Can you imagine meeting a man only to have his mother try to sabotage your relationship? Well, please meet Pammie. She will stop at nothing to break the two of them up. Wow. What a piece of work!

I thought this book was going to be pretty predictable from the beginning. But I was wrong. I did not see the end coming. At all. The turns and twists this story took kept this reader guessing and turning pages. Well done, Ms. Jones.

Would I recommend it? I definitely would. In fact, I suggested it to my neighborhood book club. It is our September pick!

Chrissy

About the book – from Goodreads: A deliciously disturbing, compulsively readable debut domestic suspense–prepare to meet The Other Woman: there’s nothing she won’t do to keep you away from her son …

Emily thinks Adam’s perfect; the man she thought she’d never meet. But lurking in the shadows is a rival; a woman who shares a deep bond with the man she loves.

Emily chose Adam, but she didn’t choose his mother Pammie. There’s nothing a mother wouldn’t do for her son, and now Emily is about to find out just how far Pammie will go to get what she wants: Emily gone forever.

The Other Woman is an addictive, fast-paced psychological thriller about the destructive relationship between Emily, her boyfriend Adam, and his manipulative mother Pammie.
