In the Kitchen: Blue Apron Subscription: Blackened Catfish
Hi, Everyone!
In an effort to spend less time meal planning and more time reading, I decided to give Blue Apron a try. It costs less than taking the whole family to a restaurant, and it seemed like a fun way to add some new recipes to my repertoire.
Tonight: Blackened Catfish
If I make it again: This was an easy recipe to make. I liked it a lot. The potatoes were very tasty. I may make those again as is. I love catfish. My pan is a ceramic skillet. The fish didn’t stick at all. I will probably make this dish again but with a few modifications. I think I would try more raisins in the sauce.
