The Sunday Post – February 11, 2018

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

How was everyone’s week? Mine was crazy. Do you remember last week? I told you I had strep, then one of my kids got strep. Well, another kid got strep, then my husband, then my youngest got sick. I took her to the doctor right away, figuring it was strep. Right? Nope. She has the flu. What a week. Everyone is feeling much better, though. So I am happy about that. I did manage to finish one book, All We Knew by Jamie Beck.

  1. Sweet Treats & Yummy Reads sound like fun! I have to stop by tomorrow! I have lots of reading for this week, reviews too that I hope to do. We shall see. Have a great week.

  2. Glad everyone is better! It’s been a crazy flu/ sickness season, I think at different points everyone I know has been sick, for the most part.

I need to check out these favorites posts, I’ve seen the feature over at Maureen’s but by midweek I always forget to check em out.

Hope you have a great reading week!

  3. Second Guessing sounds like one I might enjoy. Thanks for sharing…and for visiting my blog.

  4. Oh my your house sounds like my house in January. Watch that flu though, if it was A ya all could have it in the next 10 days .:(

  5. Oh man, you’ve had quite the week! lol Hopefully things start to calm down, and nobody else gets the flu!

  6. Oh no. Strep and now the flu. I hope everyone gets better soon! Take care:)

  7. Gracious! That’s about like my network of coworkers and family. I’ve been sick for basically four weeks now, have a double ear infection, and The Man has strep. Good to hear everyone’s on the mend.

  8. Hope everyone keeps getting better and no one gets sick again. It is frustrating to pass it back and forth.

  9. Aww so glad to hear your family is on the mend! I feel so behind on reading… it is past the 10th and I’ve read 1 book! I need 3 more read ASAP. LOL. But I’ve been blessed not to have gotten sick for now 👍🏻

  10. Oh gosh, that is scary stuff. I am so glad you took your daughter to the doctor right away, you dont’ want to mess with this flu bug that’s going around. Hope you have a better week this week. Get lots of rest.

  11. Oh my goodness. What a week, indeed! Glad yall are all on the mend and feeling better. Hope this one quiets down for yall!

  12. Poor thing the whole family was sick. Glad all well now.

  13. Sorry your household got sick but I am glad that everyone is feeling better. I’ll check a few of your winter reviews. 🙂 Happy Reading!
