The Sunday Post – November 12, 2017

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

This week hasn’t been too busy. I finished quite a few editing and formatting jobs. The kids had Thursday and Friday off from school. The weather turned really cold on Friday. We even had some snow! No accumulation, but it was still pretty to watch the snow fall. My husband and I went to a wine party last night, which was fun. I haven’t read for review or pleasure that much this week. I am enjoying Frostfire by Amanda Hocking and The Boyfriend Swap by Meredith Schorr. How was your week? What are you reading?

Happy 2

  1. The wine party sounds like fun. Used to go to some of them. I love to discover new ones. And it turned cooler here today. Was hot and sunny yesterday and cool and cloudy today. But no snow! Brr!!!

  2. My week was fun and busy. I managed to play gold three days and that is always a good thing.

  3. Sounds like a good week. It’s been pretty cold here too. I’m glad we recently bought a new four seasons blanket. Otherwise I would have been frozen to the bone with our old very thin blanket. LOL!!
Thanks for the My favorite mention.. 😉
Have a great week and happy reading!

  4. Lauren Becker says:

Glad you had a nice week! Snow is quite pretty – but that’s good it didn’t start sticking quite yet! lol I hear it’s supposed to be a bad winter, but we’ll see. It was very mild last year – for me, at least. 🙂

  5. Snow is wonderful when you can just sit and watch it fall and not have to go out in it. My kids are out of school Friday and Monday, so we are looking for things to do. I know what you mean about reading, I have been behind as of late. Have a lovely week.

  6. Oh, I’m just not ready for snow, but a wine party sure sounds delightful! Have a great week and thank you for stopping by!

  7. Oh, snow! We don’t hardly ever get snow. I’m glad you had a good week. It’s always nice to finish tasks. I’m currently reading Deck the Halls by Donna Alward. I finished two books already for HOHOHO Readathon. I’m surprised I’ve done so well with it. Hope you have a great week!

  8. It’s been snowing here too, but it’s been melting pretty quickly. I hope you have a great week!
